The production process of organic fertilizer in this project is as follows: Fermentation: The livestock and poultry excrement (dry excrement) is transported to the fermentation tank by the transport vehicle, and is put into the fermentation tank with humic acid, chelating agent, amino acid and other raw materials in a quantitative proportion of --. At the same time, biological bacteria are added to convert the animal excrement into organic fertilizer. This project mainly uses pig dung, cow dung and sheep dung as raw materials, uses high-temperature aerobic composting technology for fermentation, then after ripening treatment, finally through processing and granulation, to make efficient and green refined organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer production process of this project mainly includes raw material pretreatment, composting, secondary fermentation, screening, granulation, cooling, packaging and other processes, as shown in Figure 5-1. Among them, powdered organic fertilizer has no granulation process and is directly made into powdered products. The raw materials in the early stage shall be pre mixed after fermentation.
