The asphalt melting equipment is divided into two parts, the upper part is the block or bag asphalt melting room, surrounded by heating coils, heating tubes and asphalt mainly in the form of radiation heat exchange, to achieve the purpose of asphalt melting; equipment with a number of feeding ports. Process flow.

There is no slagging device at the bottom of the melting tank, a separate heater is attached and the tank is cleaned after a period of operation depending on the situation.
