Overview
Organic fertiliser granulator is also known as churning gear granulator. Organic fertiliser granulator is used for organic fertiliser granulation. Ⅰ. Work Principle

Ⅲ. Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance
1.Installation: the machine needs to pour a concrete foundation before installation, in order to facilitate the transfer of finished materials, and will be granulator and embedded iron fixed welded together to prevent the granulator from moving; also can be used to weld the base frame of channel steel, will be placed in the base frame on the top side of the granulator; you can also dig pits for the transport of materials.
2.Debugging: after the completion of the installation of the granulator, you need to check the granulator parts are tightly fastened. Then carry out no-load test drive, in the test drive process must not friction, no abnormal noise, no vibration, the temperature of the bearings should rise steadily, at the end of the test drive the temperature of the components shall not be higher than 50 ℃ ℃, after the test drive to observe the bearings shall not be serious wear and tear and abrasion phenomenon. When the test run is normal for production, the material must be fed evenly.
3. Maintenance.
a. Bearings every shift to play a lubricant, lubricant type for the No. 3 calcium-based grease lubricant, loading amount of 1/3 ~ 1/2 and regularly replace the new lubricant, replacement of bearings should be washed.
b. Reducer must be added before use of lubricating oil, lubricating oil is generally used in the HJ40-50 mechanical oil, but also can be used in the HL20-30 gear oil. The height of the oil level of the lubricant should be within the range of the circular oil mark indication on the machine base. After the first refuelling and running for 100 hours, the oil should be replaced with new oil, and thereafter every six months, and the oil should be cleaned when it is changed.
